Major repairs, primer and paint on this project we did for a new IT commercial building.
Pressure washed
Demoed out an old patio and garden in the front of the building. removed a carport awning and steel cage in the back and rented a trailer to remove all the debris.
patched all the holes from the old signs and awning.
primed building and stucco patches.
primed and painted the wood paneling and accenents. color Black Magic-SW 6991
Painted stucco with SW-North Star. most of the work was done off a scissor lift we rented from Home depot.
